Just two things I've noticed playing Dark Ritual twice now:

When I get to those wacky vampires in Firkraag's casa, Lilith doesn't speak. At all. And when I try to talk to HER, she "has nothing to say". Not only doesn't she talk, she doesn't fight! She just lets me whack away at her until she goes down. I'm thinking she's stuck somewhere trying to initiate dialogue. Don't know how to fix it, but it WOULD be nice to know just what the heck those vampires are doing in a dragon's lair. Until then, I'll just keep getting my easy loot. Razz

And the storekeeper at the Temple of Lathander keeps PROMISING me upgraded Balduran's Armor, but when I try and ask her to make it, I don't get the "Let's do it!" option, I just get "Maybe some other time", even though I DEFINITELY have the plate mail she's asking for (my last run through, I bought one of every damn kind of plate mail there was, from nonmagical plate to full plate +2. No joy.) Is there a SPECIFIC suit she's looking for (besides Balduran's, obviously)? If so, where do I get it?

Other than that, nice mod. LOVE that Ring of Fate. Take that, cheesy time-stopping mages! being evil

The Plate of Balduran, do you have the other two items asked?

Something must have got jumbled up when you installed the mod. Lilith should approach you and talk to you, plus a few banters from her friends before they attack you.

I use the Ring of Fate all of the time. Teach the game to try and be a munchkin with me.

I've actually been through the game a couple more times, now, and have gotten Lilith to successfully speak to me. Shortly thereafter, she became a little blue cloud of smoke, thanks to Daystar and the Helm of Brilliance. Enjoy that, Lilith.

I've also gotten the Plate of Balduran to upgrade, but it still seems to be "suit of armor specific". Definitely had all the items, but it's possible that one or more came from a mod, and were not recognized as real reagents by the game.

In any case, all my Dark Ritual problems are solved, and I have danced a little dance of joy.

P.S. I love that ring too. Take THAT, unbelievably-hard-to-beat Improved Asylum party!
